Our project, design, and build process
How much does a custom deck, railing, or glass project cost?
Each and every project is unique. The cost varies from project to project and is dependent on your needs and wish list. We use top-quality, long-lasting products. The cost of these materials tends to be more than if you were to hire a smaller, less experienced builder or shop at a major home renovation store.
We promise to never surprise you with unexpected costs. We’re always transparent about the price of a project. Through our collaborative process, we’ll work with you at every step of the design and build to ensure we stick to your budget.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The length of a project depends on several factors including type (deck, railing, or shower glass enclosures), location (residential or commercial), materials (whether or not they’re easy to source, readily available, or aren’t delayed due to supply chain headaches), and size and scope.
By working collaboratively together, we can set a realistic timeline for your project so you’ll be happy and satisfied with it.
Do I need to have my budget in place before contacting you?
No, but we highly recommend it. It’s difficult to design your custom project without knowing your budget. When you have basic financing in place before contacting us we can speed up the design, build, and completion process.
Do you collaborate with specific companies or use particular products or materials for your projects?
We work with numerous reputable partners and brands on our projects—too many to mention here. We’ll introduce you to the options specific to your custom design. From there, we can design which collaborator and product fits best with your vision and goals.
Will my new project be guaranteed and under warranty?
All of our projects are covered under warranty.
Depending on the products used, there are also manufacturer warranties on materials that will protect your investment. We’ll go over specific coverage options with you at the time of planning your project.
